The real problem? She didn't know how to use them. Every day, she'd call her grandson Daniel with questions: "What antivirus should I buy?" "Why won't my printer print?" "Why is my computer running so slow?" These weren't broken devices - they were everyday problems that insurance doesn't cover.
Daniel wasn't an IT expert. He'd started his career in insurance, of all things. But to Nanny Mo, he was like Bill Gates.
