If you’ve ever bought a new smartphone, tablet or computer over the counter in a brick and mortar store, then you’ve likely had a salesman try to hard-sell you a pricey insurance plan. Yet, if you examine the fine print, you’ll often find small print excluding various scenarios. What’s more, you’re pretty much guaranteed to find that your insurance coverage stops with that device.

When we founded WiseGuys in 2014, we wanted to do things differently and change the face of technical support. So, we decided to provide tailored support plans that provide technical support to you, not just to your devices. Whether you’re a gadget veteran or not so tech-savvy, it doesn’t matter to us; our focus is on providing you support and advice for any of your devices, rather than charging you pricey premiums on a per-device basis.

Why Us

In 2016, we realised that there was a real need for face-to-face support, not just advice provided online or over the phone, so we established our first store in Christchurch, before expanding to a second store on Terrace Road, Bournemouth, in early 2018. These stores offer walk-in repairs for any device, and we’ll be extending our high street presence across the UK in the near future.

In 2017, we launched our business support packages, under WiseGuys Business. Our business services include our “Business in a Box” solution, providing dedicated IT support, website design and management, VOIP solutions, SEO and data backups.

We pride ourselves on putting you at the focus of everything that we do, not just your device, which is why our customers trust us to resolve their device issues, and why we’ve been named as a Which? Trusted Trader.

You will not need to provide any card numbers. You will however need to set up a Direct Debit during the sign up process.
